SHIPPING/RETURNS

 

WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Ellie Bee's cannot guarantee a delivery date.  We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.  

*Please note, all merchandise ships from East Texas.  Therefore, during our warmer months (May-October), candles and fragrance will ship out Monday-Wednesday to prevent extended "travel" time in extreme heat.

HOW WILL I KNOW?

Once you receive an email stating that your order has been processed, you can expect your package to arrive in 2-4 business days. 

WE DO NOT OFFER RUSH or OVER-NIGHT SHIPPING AT THIS TIME

LOST or STOLEN

Ellie Bee's is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. If there is an issue with delivery, contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@elliebees.com. We will do everything we can to assist you.  However, if your claim is denied by USPS, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. 

MISTAKES/DAMAGES

If an item is damaged or incorrect, it must be reported within 10 days of the purchase date (found on your packing list).  Please email us immediately at info@elliebees.com.  Include your full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item.  Merchandise returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

RETURNS

Returns are eligible for online credit or exchange only.  Items are eligible for return if they are received by ellie bee's within 14 days of the original purchase date (found on your packing list).  Merchandise must be returned in original condition.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached.  Please note: no cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued unless we goof!  ONLINE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY.  If you wish to make a return, you must email us at info@elliebees.com, detailing your full name, order number and reason for return.  Merchandise returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.  

FINAL SALE

Jewelry, accessories, bath/body and fragrance products are all final sale.

Reduced merchandise, purchased at a discount, is final sale.

EXCHANGES

Ellie Bee's cannot guarantee item availability.  An online credit will be issued if your desired product is unavailable.
