REFUNDS
We understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out and we are here to help.
All orders will be eligible for return in the form of online store credit only. Claims must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
All items must be shipped to Ellie Bee's Returns Department and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Ellie Bee's is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Ellie Bee's is not responsible for packages that go missing in the shipping process.

- jewelry and accessories including, but not limited to eyewear, hats and hair accessories
- holiday and seasonal items
- bath and body care products
- SALE or DISCOUNTED items
These items listed above are not eligible for return or store credit.
STORE CREDIT
Orders are eligible for store credit when postmarked within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags still attached. Items will only be eligible for store credit it they are unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free.
A store credit will be sent to the email address you provided with the original order.
EXCHANGES
Due to the ever-changing nature of our inventory, direct exchanges are not available. All returns/exchanges meeting required criteria will receive a store credit.
DAMAGES/DEFECTS
All items are inspected for damages and/or defects before shipping. However, if we goof, follow the steps below for a painless experience.
- damages/defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item(s).
- all items must have original tags still attached.
- items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free.
- email elk903@aol.com. You must provide pictures of the damaged/defective item(s).
- you must include your first and last name with your order number.
