Shipping policy

• All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 
• You can expect 2-3 business days processing time, prior to shipping.
• You can expect 3-5 business days shipping time, after your order is processed.
• Orders are not processed over the weekend. Orders will be fulfilled in the order that they were received during our normal business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  Follow the steps below for a painless experience.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IN THE FORM OF ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY, WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY.

All items must be shipped to Ellie Bee's Returns Department and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer's responsibility. Ellie Bee's is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Ellie Bee's is not responsible for packages that go missing in the shipping process.

These items listed above are not eligible for return or store credit. 

STORE CREDIT

Orders are eligible for store credit when postmarked within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags still attached. Items will only be eligible for store credit it they are unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 

A store credit will be sent to the email address you provided with the original order.
